It's the Final Countdown!
Do do do doooo, do do do do dooooo...
One of the extra ticketed events at ILMC this year is The Final Countdown Dinner on Friday 9 March - a last opportunity to get together, and a launch pad for the weekend. Immediately after the Closing Encounters of the Thirst Kind drinks, we will head to Dirty Bones in Kensington, the upmarket NYC-inspired diner, rated four-stars by Time Out for its “fun-loving atmosphere” and “pimped dude food.”
With a three-course menu ranging from flat-iron steak and slow ‘n’ low ribs, to mac and cheese, and other unidentified frying objects, plus delicious vegetarian and vegan options, it promises to be a last supper cooked to perfection.
After three days of conferencing and close encounters, it’s a last moment to relax with friends, colleagues and other intergalactic travellers before the weekend. And as anyone who’s experienced ILMC’s closing dinners before knows, it pays to expect the unexpected.
Tickets for the dinner cost £60 in advance, and include a welcome drink, coffee, and some other top-secret elements.
It takes place at Dirty Bones, 20 Kensington Church St, Kensington, London, W8 4EP, between 18:00 - 20:00 on Friday 9 March 2018.
