With under three weeks to go, the 30th International Live Music Conference (ILMC) has sold out, organisers have announced.
All tickets for the ‘Close Encounters of the 30th Kind’-themed anniversary conference, which kicks off with Tuesday 6 March’s 30th Birthday Blast-Off, have now been snapped up, as well as for the Gala-ctic Dinner & Arthur Awards on Thursday 8 March.
A limited number of passes remain for the 11th ILMC Production Meeting (IPM) and the tenth Green Events & Innovations (GEI) conference, which both take place on 6 March, and for Friday’s closing dinner.
“We’re thrilled that so many of the great and good of the global live music business will be joining us to celebrate ILMC’s 30th birthday,” says ILMC MD Greg Parmley. “Demand for places at ILMC is at a record level this year, and with over 1,100 delegates now confirmed, we’re set for one of our best editions yet.”
The line-up of guest speakers lending their expertise to this year’s conference agenda is looking like a who’s who of the live music business.

Each year, ILMC raises a significant sum of money for our chosen charity, which this year is Music Support who provide help and support for individuals in any area of the music industry who are suffering from alcoholism, addiction, emotional or mental health issues.
To help with fundraising, ILMC is looking for prizes that can be won during Friday afternoon’s Nikos Fund Prize Draw.
And don’t forget to be in The SMG Space Bar on the mezzanine of the hotel on Friday 9 March at 15:30 for a chance to win one of them…
You only celebrate your 30th birthday once, so to mark this momentous occasion, we’re inviting friends, family and intergalactic invaders to join us for a birthday party like no other. From 18-21:00 on Tuesday 6 March, we’re opening up the entire mezzanine floor of the Royal Garden Hotel for a stellar early evening line-up of killer tunes from world-class DJs; top-secret competitions with fantastic prizes; and a guest list that stretches across the entire musical multiverse.
The party is being hosted by the wonderful folk at PRS for Music, AEG Ogden, andViberate, and with everything from bubbles and nibbles to virtual space flights laid on, it’s going to be a very popular few hours.
It’s an early event to allow delegates to invade, meet, and reconnect before heading out for the evening. Early arrival is recommended.
