Endemol Shine (UK)
Head of live events at Endemol Shine UK, Tom started his career at ITV where he worked across the commercial partnerships division.
At Endemol for the last 6 years, Tom has been pivotal in setting up and launching Endemol’s first live events team in 2015. With the launch of Endemol Beyond and the purchase of several influencer talent agencies, Tom saw an opportunity to move the talent and Endemol-owned YouTube channels into the live sphere.
Tom launched Legends of Gaming Live at Alexandra Palace in 2015. The event saw ten of the biggest global YouTube gaming talents appear in a live-streamed stage show to 10,000 fans at the event.
Its second outing, across two days in 2016, saw 15,000 fans and influencer names including DanTDM and Ali-A, as well as brands such as Activision, Bandai Namco and EA.
In 2016, Tom co-produced, as well as conceptualised, DanTDM On Tour, which went on to break ticket records across the world. The show sold 250,000 tickets globally, played in 97 cities, and recently, the DVD of the live show became Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com’s fastest selling pre-release DVD of 2017.
Tom has just launched The Hunted Experience, a real-life game based on the hit Channel 4 TV show, which will take place across London later this year.
