ILMC 30 will take place at The Royal Garden Hotel in West London, with all rooms reserved exclusively for delegates. Situated amid the shops and eateries of fashionable Kensington, the hotel offers special delegate rates, and has rooms available to suit a variety of budgets.
With ILMC stretching out until the early hours each night, the hotel typically sells out in advance. So, once you have registered for the conference, be sure to book your accommodation through our travel agent, The Tour Company.
Important: In order to maintain exclusivity at the Royal Garden Hotel and prevent unsold rooms on the Thursday night of the conference, priority will be given to those booking both Wednesday and Thursday nights. Delegates booking one night only (Tuesday or Wednesday) will not receive confirmation until Wednesday 28 February 2018, subject to availability. Please note that if you book accommodation on Wednesday and Thursday and then cancel one night, you will incur a charge for the cancelled night unless the room can be resold.
To maintain the exclusivity of the ILMC, rooms for delegates (and their families) can only be booked at The Royal Garden Hotel between 7 and 9 March 2018 through ILMC's official travel agency, The Tour Company.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that accommodation is strictly limited and has been consistently sold out at prior ILMCs.
